Oh… an a brittle

My mom sent me a recipe for microwave peanut brittle. I have yet to adapt it.

So as I have time after class today I may be making almond brittle. (Allergic to peanuts over here). And of course, instead of just thinking to do the recipe and adapt it, I am thinking what can I do to influence the flavor. Lemon, basil, lavender. Oh the options.
